After a six-month closure for renovations, the 4-star Hôtel & Spa Oceania Saint-Malo has finally reopened its doors. The extensive work transformed all 76 rooms and redesigned the lobby, breathing new life into this exceptional location. Every space was carefully reimagined to offer breathtaking sea views from anywhere in the hotel. Now considered one of the most stunning hotels in Saint-Malo, it was only fitting to celebrate its complete transformation during the grand inauguration on October 17, 2024!
The evening was highlighted by heartfelt speeches from Béatrice Gallais, the hotel’s Director; Gilles Lurton, Mayor of Saint-Malo; Gurvan Branellec, President of Oceania Hotels Group; and Rozenn Dumon Branellec, General Director of Oceania Hotels Group.
Guests had the opportunity to tour some of the hotel's most spectacular rooms, including the Loft and the Grand Large Suite on the fourth floor, both designed with a refined maritime theme. Every material and color was meticulously selected to enhance natural light, creating a serene and elegant atmosphere. The addition of these new suites allows Oceania Saint-Malo to offer breathtaking 180-degree panoramic views of the open sea, the Sillon Beach, and the Saint-Malo harbor. Imagine the privilege of watching the fireworks on Bastille Day or witnessing the departure of sailboats for the Route du Rhum—all from the comfort of your room!
The event also showcased the hotel’s brand-new lounge bar, where the reception took place.
It was a festive and heartwarming evening, brought to life by the enchanting voice of singer Claire, who created a truly magical atmosphere. A remarkable success for this hotel, which now stands as an essential landmark in Saint-Malo’s hospitality landscape.
