With its family history and Breton roots, Oceania Hotels is a brand brimming with character and personal touches. Every day we make a commitment to avoid being a standard hotel chain, design bespoke spaces, transform comfort into conviviality, and offer memorable breaks.
Our commitments make each trip, each encounter, and each night unique in every one of our hotels.
"At Oceania Hotels, our priority is the satisfaction and well-being of our customers. It's thanks to them that we continue to vibrate every day! Thank you to all those who have already tasted the Oceania Hotels experience, and who testify daily to their satisfaction by voice and on social networks.
Welcome also to those who have not yet opened the doors of our hotels, and who will be surprised to find both character and modernity, refinement and simplicity, but above all, a great deal of emotion... We look forward to welcoming you soon!"
Since 1975, Oceania Hotels has gone against the grain of large, standardized chains, opting for independence and a long-term approach.
A singular trajectory, driven by a family adventure that has become a collective one, where each establishment tells a story, and where the experience is based above all on people and that "little extra soul" that makes our identity.
Each renovation or creation project is based on a subtle balance between creativity and respect for heritage. This process includes several stages: an in-depth analysis of the site, the development of a narrative theme that makes sense (like the nearby sea at Oceania in Saint-Malo, a theme that might seem obvious but has been interpreted with subtlety and far from cliché, or the Mediterranean garden spirit in the heart of the city at Paris Porte de Versailles), and co-construction with designers, architects and craftsmen who enrich this vision.
Attention to the smallest detail - from rehabilitated antique furniture to bespoke lighting fixtures - creates welcoming, authentic spaces. These collaborations include partnerships with iconic brands such as DesignHeure, who designed custom lighting for the Oceania Paris Porte de Versailles 4*, Le Conti and the Oceania Les Augustins Lille in perfect harmony with the themes developed.
With more than 700 employees in its hotels and at head office, Oceania Hotels welcomed nearly 100,000 travelers in 2025 in the 3,000 rooms of the group's 30 hotels.
More than just numbers, it's the passion and commitment of our teams that make the difference. Our employees are our best ambassadors: through their sense of welcome, their closeness to customers and the quality of the service they deliver every day.
Created in 2014, everything has been designed to reduce the carbon footprint of NOMAD hotels, from construction to operation: recycled materials with a low carbon footprint (carpets made from fishing nets, sinks 90% made from mineral powders), optimized water management, 100% renewable energy and responsible equipment. Biowaste is also recycled thanks to our collaboration with Les Alchimistes.
NOMAD Le Havre was the first establishment in Normandy to obtain the European Ecolabel. By the end of 2025, 100% of the NOMAD fleet will be certified.
This sustainable approach continues with the Hotel & Spa les Augustins in Lille, the first low-carbon hotel in the metropolis, where reasoned construction, eco-responsible operation and awareness-raising among staff and guests all contribute to reducing the environmental footprint.
On a day-to-day basis, all Oceania hotels complement this dynamic with committed partners, such as Rituals for B Corp-certified welcome products, and Ecocert-certified cleaning products.
