The restaurant La Closerie, at the 4-star Oceania Le Métropole Montpellier hotel, and its Chef Elia Noventa offer refined and original cuisine with a southern accent. 

As a passionate self-taught chef, it’s through the quality and precision of my work that I stand out. My passion was born in the heart of my native region, the Veneto, where my apprenticeship began in a prestigious hotel; This same passion has led me to travel through the Caribbean, Spain and France in numerous hotel groups, which have allowed me to develop a culinary vision with international influences. I look forward to offering you a gastronomic experience to remember.
