Your outgoing calls will be charged directly to your bill.
The price of calls is calculated per indivisible amount (time credit) at €0.30 incl. VAT for units of time (pulses) that vary according to the call destination zone.
Alarm clock :
To program your alarm clock :
Pick up > Dial 62 > Enter wake-up time > Dial 4 then room number > Hang up
Example: 62 0700 = 7:00 am
62 1900 = 19h00
To cancel the alarm :
Pick up > Dial 64 > Hang up
You can also ask for your alarm clock to be programmed at reception (9).
The bed: All bedding, comforters and pillows are made in France, and have been carefully selected to ensure optimum comfort and dreamlike nights.
Air conditioning: All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Courtesy tray: Our rooms are equipped with a Nespresso machine, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or herbal tea at any time of day.
Sockets: All room sockets are supplied with 220 volts. International adapters are available at reception.
Television: Numerous national and international TV and radio channels are available on the in-room TV. The following Canal+ channels are available in your room: Canal +, Canal + sport, Canal + foot, Canal + ciné, Canal + 360 sports.
Safe: A safe is available in your room.
Bathroom: A hairdryer is available on the dressing room shelf.
An exclusive collection of Rituals products has been selected and placed at your disposal in the bathroom: a hand wash, a body cream, a hair and body wash and a conditioner.
Disabled guests: Our hotel has rooms specially designed for disabled guests.
Malfunctions: If you notice a water leak, a light bulb out, or any other problem, please contact reception so that we can intervene as quickly as possible.

BREAKFAST:
A buffet breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room:
- Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 10.30am
- Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 11am

You can order breakfast in your room for an additional €10.
To validate your order, please fill in the order form and hang it on your door before 4am.
If you're in a hurry, opt for an express breakfast. Available on site or to take away, at the same times as breakfast, the express breakfast formula must be booked with reception the day before. Express breakfast: €9
RESTAURANT :
The La Closerie restaurant welcomes you every day from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 10pm.

BAR :
Our barman offers you a menu of cocktails, whiskies, digestifs and his selection of the month. Take advantage of the advice of a true professional who loves to share his products and creations.
On sunny days, escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a coffee or cocktail and enjoy a truly relaxing moment in the hotel's private garden or on the terrace overlooking the swimming pool.

HEATED OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL :
The pool is open every day from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. from May to September. Reserved for hotel guests.
Towels are available.
FITNESS ROOM :
The fitness room is open every day from 7am to 10pm, so feel free to take advantage of the equipment for your workouts.
JACUZZI:
The outdoor whirlpool is open daily from 10am to 10pm from May to September, weather permitting. Area reserved for hotel guests.
HAMMAM:
The hotel hammam is open daily, from 7am to 1pm and from 4pm to 10pm.
MASSAGES :
Treat yourself to a moment of relaxation at the hotel, with treatments and massages offered by our partner. Facials, body massages, solo or duo treatments... all services must be booked in advance at hotel reception.

ANIMALS :
The hotel welcomes your pets. Your pet must remain calm and clean during your stay. They must be accompanied at all times, including in your room, and kept on a leash. A supplement of €20 per night will be charged. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the restaurant areas. Thank you for your understanding.
BABY EQUIPMENT :
The hotel has all the necessary equipment to welcome your children from 0 to 3 years old with peace of mind (baby bed on request). Please do not hesitate to make a request at reception.
PRINTING & PHOTOCOPYING :
We offer you the possibility of printing and photocopying at reception.
Price: €0.25 in black & white and €0.50 in color.
CONCIERGERIE :
Our concierges are on hand 24 hours a day to provide you with all the information you need about the city and the hotel.
INTERNET :
The hotel is equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet access, with a high-speed wireless connection.
In the event of connection problems, please do not hesitate to contact reception.
PAY PARKING :
Car and motorcycle parking spaces are bookable and subject to availability. They are allocated on the day of arrival at the hotel.
Car rate: €22 / day.
LATE CHECK-OUT :
Late check-out is possible from 12pm to 3pm, for a supplement of 50% of the room rate. After 4pm, the room rate will be charged.
GENERAL INFORMATION
NON-SMOKING AREAS :
For your well-being and that of others, the hotel is entirely non-smoking.
In application of decree N°2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, setting the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in assigned areas, we reserve the right to send a €400 deodorization fee to any guest who has smoked in their room, and to refuse them any future access to the hotel.
MAGNETIC CARD :
Please keep your magnetic card with you during your stay. It may be required to justify your presence in the hotel, and will also enable you to unlock the entrance doors at night. It must be left at reception on the day of your departure.
LUGGAGE :
You can ask for a luggage assistant at reception, and leave it free of charge in luggage storage during your stay and on the day of your departure (24 hours a day).
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS :
Additional products are available free of charge at the 24-hour reception desk: pillows, towels, sewing kit, comb, dental kit, razor, shaving foam, periodical protection, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, as well as shower cap from reception.
SAFETY BOX :
Management recommends that you do not leave valuables in your room (safe available from reception).
PAYMENT METHODS :
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Eurocard & Mastercard^and Chèques Vacances.
For currency exchange, reception will direct you to the nearest exchange office.
For longer stays, you will be asked to pay weekly. The hotel does not accept payment by cheque.
