The price of calls is calculated per indivisible amount (time credit) at €0.30 incl. VAT for units of time (pulses) that vary according to the call destination zone.
Alarm clock :
To program your alarm clock :
Pick up > Dial 62 > Enter wake-up time > Dial 4 then room number > Hang up
Example: 62 0700 = 7:00 am
62 1900 = 19h00
To cancel the alarm :
Pick up > Dial 64 > Hang up
You can also ask for your alarm clock to be programmed at reception (9).
The bed: All bedding, comforters and pillows are made in France, and have been carefully selected to ensure optimum comfort and dreamlike nights.
Air conditioning: All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Courtesy tray: Our rooms are equipped with a Nespresso machine, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or herbal tea at any time of day.
Sockets: All room sockets are supplied with 220 volts. International adapters are available at reception.
Television: Numerous national and international TV and radio channels are available on the in-room TV. The following Canal+ channels are available in your room: OCS, Teletoon, Paramount, Ciné Family.
Safe: A safe is available in your room.
Bathroom: A hairdryer is available on the dressing room shelf.
The exclusive collection of Rituals products has been selected and made available to you in the bathroom.
Disabled guests: Our hotel has rooms specially designed for disabled guests.
Malfunctions: If you notice a water leak, a light bulb out, or any other problem, please contact reception so that we can take action as quickly as possible.

BREAKFAST:
A buffet breakfast is served daily in the dining room:
- Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 10.30am
- Saturday and Sunday, 6.30am to 11am
Buffet breakfast: €22
Express breakfast: 8€. Available on site or to take away, every day from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m. (On request only, reservation required the day before).
You can order breakfast in your room, for an additional €10.
To validate your order, please complete the form provided and hang it on your door before 4am.
RESTAURANT :
The gourmet restaurant La Dame d'Acquitaine offers, by reservation only, a selection of takeaway dishes delivered directly to the hotel. (This service must be booked in advance with the hotel reception).
Enjoy your lunch or dinner on the hotel terrace, at the bar or in your room, as you wish! A wide choice of fresh dishes packed in jars, representative of French Terroirs, Organic and cooked by an Artisan Maitre Cuisinier.
BAR:
The hotel bar is a warm and intimate place where you can share a convivial moment over a drink in a cosy atmosphere.

Our barman will introduce you to our wide selection of Burgundy wines: white, red or crémant, the choice is yours! In summer, enjoy our terrace overlooking the inner courtyard and garden.
The bar welcomes you every day from 7am to midnight.

We offer a wide choice of freshly-packaged, organic dishes from France's terroirs, cooked by an Artisan Maitre Cuisinier.
The restaurant La Dame d'Aquitaine also invites itself into your room and offers you, by reservation only, the delivery of its gastronomic dishes just like in a restaurant! (This service must be booked in advance with the hotel reception. Rates available from Hotel Reception).

PETS :
The hotel welcomes your pets. Your pet must remain calm and clean during your stay. They must be accompanied at all times, including in your room, and kept on a leash. A supplement of €20 per night will be charged. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the restaurant areas. Thank you for your understanding.
BABY EQUIPMENT :
The hotel has all the necessary equipment to welcome your children from 0 to 3 years old with peace of mind (baby bed on request). Please do not hesitate to make a request at reception.
CONCIERGERIE :
Our concierges are on hand 24 hours a day to provide you with all the information you need about the city and the hotel.
LAUNDRY SERVICE:
A dry-cleaning service is available. The bag must be dropped off before 10 a.m. for return during the day.
INTERNET :
The hotel is equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet access, with a high-speed wireless connection.
To connect, select the hotel network, then open your browser. Fill in the information requested on the form that appears.
In the event of connection problems, please do not hesitate to contact reception.
LATE CHECK-OUT :
You have the option of late check-out from 12pm to 3pm, for a supplement of 50% of the room rate.

Some of our rooms are accessible and specially equipped for people with reduced mobility.
GENERAL INFORMATION
NON-SMOKING AREAS :
For your well-being and that of others, the hotel is entirely non-smoking.
In application of decree N°2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, setting the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in designated areas, we reserve the right to impose a €400 deodorization fee on any guest found smoking in their room, and to refuse them access to the hotel in the future.
MAGNETIC CARD :
Please keep your magnetic card with you during your stay. It may be required to justify your presence in the hotel, and will also enable you to unlock the entrance doors at night. It must be left at reception on the day of your departure.
LUGGAGE :
You can ask for a luggage assistant at reception, and leave it free of charge in luggage storage during your stay and on the day of your departure (24 hours a day).
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS :
Additional products are available free of charge at the 24-hour reception desk: pillows, towels, sewing kit, comb, dental kit, razor, shaving foam, periodical protection, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, as well as shower cap from reception.

For currency exchange, reception will direct you to the nearest exchange office.
For longer stays, you will be asked to pay weekly. The hotel does not accept payment by cheque.
