The price of calls is calculated per indivisible amount (time credit) at €0.30 incl. VAT for units of time (pulses) that vary according to the call destination zone.

Alarm clock :
To program your alarm clock :
Pick up > Dial 62 > Enter wake-up time > Dial 4 then room number > Hang up

Example: 62 0700 = 7:00 am
62 1900 = 19h00

To cancel the alarm :
Pick up > Dial 64 > Hang up

You can also ask for your alarm clock to be programmed at reception (9).

The bed: 100% French bedding, comforters and pillows are specially selected for optimum comfort.

Air conditioning: All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Sockets: All room sockets are supplied with 220 volts. International adapters are available at reception.

Television: Numerous national and international TV and radio channels are available on the in-room TV. The following Canal+ channels are available in your room: Canal +, Canal + sport, Canal + foot, Canal + ciné, Canal + 360 sports.

Safe: A safe is available at reception.

Bathroom: A hairdryer is available in your room. Oceania Hotels has teamed up with the Rituals brand to offer you the ultimate in relaxation and well-being. Take advantage of your stay to transform your daily routines into meaningful rituals.

Disabled guests: Our hotel has rooms specially designed to accommodate disabled guests.

Malfunctions: If you notice a water leak, a light bulb out, or any other problem, please contact reception so that we can intervene as quickly as possible.

RESTAURATION

BREAKFAST:

A buffetbreakfast is served daily in the breakfast room every day from 6:30 to 10:30.

Buffet breakfast: €16
Express breakfast: €8

You can order breakfast in your room, for an additional €8. To validate your order, please complete the form provided and hang it on your door.

RESTAURANT :

A new restaurant menu is available for those who are feeling peckish.

The snacking service is available every day from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.

The dishes on our restaurant and room-service menus are prepared with fresh seasonal produce in jars. See the room service menu

We offer a menu at €22 (choice of 1 main course + 1 dessert).

Catering service is available every day from 8pm to 9:30pm.

BAR :

The lounge bar offers a beautiful view of the sea. Its cosy, comfortable atmosphere is enhanced by the ethanol fireplace, adding an extra design touch.

In fine weather, you can enjoy your drinks in the hotel garden, sheltered from the wind, with deckchairs at your disposal.

The bar is open daily from 7 a.m. to 1 a.m.

Breakfast, hot and cold meals and drinks are served in your room.
Breakfast: 7am to 11am
Dinner: 8pm to 9pm

Waiting time may vary depending on restaurant activity (approx. 20 to 30 minutes).

ANGELY SPA :

As a partner, Angely spa, located 300m from the hotel, offers a 5% discount on wellness treatments and hammam.

To take advantage of this offer, simply call our hotel reception desk and the hotel team will book your session with the provider.

PETS :

Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed at the hotel. A supplement of €20 per night per pet will be charged. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in restaurant areas and must be kept on a leash.

BABY FACILITIES :

The hotel provides a cot, high chair, changing mat and can heat up your child's meals. Please contact reception (9) for any requests.

LAUNDRY SERVICE :

The hotel has an outside dry-cleaning and laundry service. You'll find a laundry bag and rates in your room's console drawer. Please fill in the form and drop your laundry off at reception by 10 a.m. so that it can be returned to you the following morning.

PRINTING - PHOTOCOPYING :

We offer you the possibility of printing and photocopying at reception.

BICYCLE RENTALS :

Discover the Saint-Malo region, one of France's most beautiful sites, by bike! We offer 4 adult bikes for hire from the hotel.

INTERNET :

The hotel is equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet access, with a high-speed wireless connection.

To connect, select the hotel network, then open your browser. Fill in the information requested on the form that appears.

In the event of connection problems, please do not hesitate to contact reception (9).

MEETING ROOM :

Our meeting rooms are available to host your events. We have 2 large meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 64m² for up to 60 people.

LATE CHECK-OUT :

You can check out late from 12pm to 4pm, for a supplement of 50% of the room rate. After 4pm, you will be charged the room rate.

PARKING :

Hotel parking lot - By reservation only:

Rate: €20 per day all year round

Only cars and motorcycles are allowed in the parking lot, for bicycles and other bulky items a dedicated room is available.

Parking nearby:

We would like to inform you that you will find free outdoor parking close to the hotel: in front of the hotel on Chaussée du Sillon and behind the hotel, rue Hippolyte de la Morvonnais.

SECURE STORAGE FOR BIKES AND BOARDS:

From April to mid-November, we provide you with free, secure storage for your bike, surfboard or windsurf.

Inflating, cleaning and maintenance equipment (brushes, lubricant, pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, repair patches, etc.) are also available in the room.

Surcharge: €10 for storing more than 5 bikes or surfboards for 24 hours. (We advise you to book in advance).

GENERAL INFORMATION

NON-SMOKING AREAS :

For your well-being and that of others, the hotel is entirely non-smoking.
In application of decree N°2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, setting the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in assigned areas, we reserve the right to issue a €400 deodorization fee to any guest who has smoked in their room, and to refuse them any future access to the hotel.

MAGNETIC CARD :

Please keep your magnetic card with you during your stay. It may be required to justify your presence in the hotel, and will also enable you to unlock the entrance doors at night. It must be left at reception on the day of your departure.

LUGGAGE :

You can ask for a luggage assistant at reception, and leave it free of charge in luggage storage during your stay and on the day of your departure (24 hours a day).

ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS :

Additional products are available free of charge from reception 24 hours a day: pillows, towels, sewing kit, comb, dental kit, razor, shaving foam, periodical protection, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, as well as shower cap from reception.

MEANS OF PAYMENT :

We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Eurocard & Mastercard and vacation vouchers.

For currency exchange, reception will direct you to the nearest exchange office.

For longer stays, weekly payment is required. The hotel does not accept payment by cheque.

MEANS OF TRANSPORT :

If you need to get around, we'll be happy to tell you about the transport options available near the hotel (bus, cab, streetcar).

We can recommend environmentally-friendly transport, such as electric buses or bicycles in downtown Saint-Malo.

Would you like to book a cab? Nothing could be simpler: our reception teams are at your disposal to manage your reservation as quickly as possible.

We pay particular attention to reducing our impact on the environment: choosing building and renovation materials, and selecting companies and suppliers who share our commitment.

Because our ethical approach also aims to favor local partners who share the same values, we are proud to work in short circuits with local players.

PRESERVE OUR WATER RESOURCES :

  • Help us protect the environment: a hanging towel tells us that you want to reuse it. A towel placed on the floor informs us that you wish to change it. The planet thanks you for your ecological gesture.
  • Sheets are changed every 3 days, so please inform reception if you do not wish to change them.
  • Remember to turn off the taps when brushing your teeth, and don't let the water run unnecessarily: a 5-minute shower uses 40 to 50 liters of water, and each additional minute uses 10 liters more!
  • Only dispose of toilet paper in the toilets - there are garbage cans at your disposal. Cigarette butts, sanitary napkins and other garbage interfere with the proper operation of the wastewater treatment plant.
  • Don't hesitate to report any leaks or other water-related problems to us.

PROTECTING ENERGY AND OUR PLANETTE :

In your room, have the right reflexes:

  • Use heating and air conditioning sparingly: it's better for your health!
  • If you open a window, don't forget to turn off the heating or air conditioning.
  • Please turn off the lights when you leave your room.

LET'S REDUCE OUR WASTE :

As far as possible and in compliance with hygiene rules, we limit single-use products and over-packaging as much as possible.

We sort our waste. You can help us by dropping off :

  • Empty packaging, bottles and newspapers in the garbage can under the desk.
  • Non-recyclable waste in the bathroom garbage can.
  • Used batteries at reception.
