The price of calls is calculated per indivisible amount (time credit) at €0.30 incl. VAT for units of time (pulses) that vary according to the call destination zone.
Alarm clock :
To program your alarm clock :
Pick up > Dial 62 > Enter wake-up time > Dial 4 then room number > Hang up
Example: 62 0700 = 7:00 am
62 1900 = 19h00
To cancel the alarm :
Pick up > Dial 64 > Hang up
You can also ask for your alarm clock to be programmed at reception (9).
The bed: 100% French bedding, comforters and pillows are specially selected for optimum comfort.
Air conditioning: All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Courtesy tray: A kettle is available in your room.
Sockets: All room sockets are supplied with 220 volts. International adapters are available at reception.
TV: Numerous national and international TV and radio channels are available on the in-room TV.
Safe: A safe is available at reception.
Bathroom: A hairdryer is available in the room.

Disabled guests: Our hotel has rooms specially designed to accommodate disabled guests.

RESTAURATION
BREAKFAST:
A buffet breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room:
- Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Saturday and Sunday, 6am to 11am
- Express breakfast from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m.: €9 (reservation required the day before at reception)
Buffet breakfast: 16€.
You can order breakfast in your room for an additional €10.
To validate your order, please complete the form provided and hang it on your door before 4am.
RESTAURANT :
For dinner or lunch, enjoy the warm, bright setting of the 4* Hotel Oceania Nantes Aéroport restaurant, located just a few meters from Escale Oceania.
The restaurant is open Monday to Friday, from 12 noon to 1:30 pm and from 7 pm to 10 pm.
Snacking available on weekends and public holidays from 7pm to 10pm.
BAR :
The bar welcomes you every day from 7am to midnight.
ROOM SERVICE :
You have the option of being served in your room during restaurant opening hours (Monday to Friday, 12pm to 1:30pm and 7pm to 10pm) and snacking hours (weekends and public holidays, 7pm to 10pm). For a supplement of €8.
HOTEL SERVICES :
HEATED OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL :
The pool is open from May to September. Free access.
Open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 9pm and Tuesday and Friday from 1pm to 9pm.
FITNESS ROOM :
The fitness room is open with free access, every day from 9am to 9pm, so don't hesitate to take advantage of the equipment for your workouts.
TENNIS :
The hotel has a tennis area with free access.
PETS :
The hotel welcomes your pets. Your pet must remain calm and clean during your stay. They must always be accompanied, including in your room, and kept on a leash. A supplement of €20 per night will be charged. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the restaurant areas. Thank you for your understanding.
BABY EQUIPMENT :
The hotel has all the necessary equipment to welcome your children from 0 to 3 years old with peace of mind (baby bed on request). Please do not hesitate to make a request at reception.
DRY-CLEANING SERVICE :
A dry-cleaning service is available. For more information please contact the hotel Reception.
INTERNET :
The hotel is equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet access, with a high-speed wireless connection.
To connect, choose the hotel network, then open your browser. Fill in the information requested on the form that appears.
In the event of connection problems, please do not hesitate to contact reception.
PARKING :
Paid parking is available opposite the hotel for the duration of your stay (rate: €15/day).
The 1st night is free for all reservations made on our website oceaniahotels.com or with the hotel.
LATE CHECK-OUT :
You have the option of a late check-out from 12pm to 3pm, for a supplement of 45€. After 3pm, you will be charged €45, plus €15 per additional hour. After 6pm, you will be charged the room rate.
FREE PRIVATE AIRPORT SHUTTLE :
Service available from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., by reservation only for Hotel/Airport and Airport/Hotel transfers and subject to availability.
No shuttle service at weekends.
GENERAL INFORMATION
NON-SMOKING AREAS :
For your well-being and that of others, the hotel is entirely non-smoking.
In application of decree N°2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, setting the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in assigned areas, we reserve the right to send a €400 deodorization fee to any guest who has smoked in their room, and to refuse them any future access to the hotel.
MAGNETIC CARD :
Please keep your magnetic card with you during your stay. It may be required to justify your presence in the hotel, and will also enable you to unlock the entrance doors at night. It must be left at reception on the day of your departure.
LUGGAGE :
You can request luggage assistance at reception, and leave it free of charge in luggage storage during your stay and on the day of your departure (24 hours a day).
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS :
Additional products are available free of charge from reception 24 hours a day: pillows, towels, sewing kit, comb, dental kit, razor, shaving foam, periodical protection, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, as well as shower cap from reception.
MEANS OF PAYMENT :
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Eurocard & Mastercard and vacation vouchers.
For currency exchange, reception will direct you to the nearest exchange office.
For longer stays, weekly payment is required. The hotel does not accept payment by cheque.
MEANS OF TRANSPORT :
If you need to get around, we'll be happy to tell you about the transport options available near the hotel (bus, cab, streetcar).
