Check-in is from 4pm. You can, of course, leave your belongings before this time in the lockers and luggage room in the lobby.

If you'd like to enjoy your room a little earlier, you can book an early arrival from 11 a.m., subject to availability, for an additional charge of €15/hour.

The room must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.

If you'd like to enjoy your room a little longer, you can book a late check-out from 12pm to 4pm for an additional charge of €15 / extra hour, billed to the room rate for check-out after 4pm.

Of course you can! NOMAD staff are on hand 24/7 to welcome you.

Secure private parking is available for €17 per night.

Have you decided to take the train? Good news: the NOMAD Dijon hotel is located opposite the Dijon train station, less than 5 minutes away on foot!

It takes 18 minutes to drive from Dijon airport to the hotel.


NOMAD hotels offer connecting/family rooms (2 by 2).

They're ideal for family trips with teenagers or friends! You have the choice of leaving the inner door open to keep an eye on them, or keeping it closed.

NOMAD hotels have baby cots available free of charge for our guests. Requests must be made at the time of booking, by ticking the "cot" option (one cot per room).

Absolutely: all floors are accessible by elevator, and a number of our rooms are PMR, i.e. specially designed to accommodate people with reduced mobility. Requests must be made at the time of booking, by ticking the "PMR" option.

All NOMAD rooms come with :
- bath towels (2 per person)
- one Haan shower gel/shampoo set per person.

Towels and toiletries are renewed on request, depending on the options chosen at the time of booking.

NOMAD rooms feature a closet and a luggage rack for storing your clothes.

NOMAD rooms are not equipped with a safe / mini-bar / courtesy tray (coffee, tea, etc.).
No room service is offered.

As of January1, 2024, the tourist tax is €1.76 per adult (aged 18 and over) per night*.

The tourist tax is not included in the room rate shown on our website.
However, for all bookings made on our website and in the case of a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate booked online, the amount of the tourist tax will be debited at the time of booking. In the case of a flexible rate, the tourist tax will be invoiced to the hotel.

*Includes local tourist tax, additional departmental tax, additional regional tax and additional regional mobility tax.

Children under 12 do not pay for their night at NOMAD HOTELS.

When you pay on our site, the transaction is totally secure (a small padlock appears at the bottom of your browser to inform you of this). The bank details you send us are encrypted. Our banking partner, Stripe, is renowned for its reliability.
What's more, our site uses HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure), an Internet communication protocol that protects the integrity and confidentiality of your data during the transfer of information between your computer and our website.

Yes, it's quite possible.

One day before your arrival, you will receive an e-mail containing a QR code that will enable you to collect your room card. We recommend that you save it on your smartphone and/or print it out.

First of all, check that the booking confirmation email has not fallen into your "Junk mail" folder. You can find the information you need for your check-in - in particular your reservation number - in your NOMAD account, under "My current reservations".

As soon as your booking is registered, you will receive a booking confirmation email. You can also view your bookings in your NOMAD account, under "My current bookings".

If you have opted for a modifiable but non-refundable reservation, you can modify it by logging into your NOMAD account, under "My current reservations" until 4pm on the day of your arrival.
If your reservation cannot be changed, please contact a member of the NOMAD team as soon as you arrive so that they can make the necessary arrangements.

If you have opted for a reservation that can be cancelled and reimbursed up to 4pm on the day of your arrival or up to 4 days before your arrival, you can cancel it by logging into your NOMAD account under "My current reservations". A refund will then be made directly to the bank account used to pay for the reservation.

No, your invoice will be sent to you automatically by e-mail if you check in via the kiosks. If you check in at the desk, please ask the staff for your invoice.

If you have breakfast on site, the buffet breakfast is €15.

For children aged 3 to 12, the buffet breakfast is €6. For children under 3, it's free!

For those in a hurry, an express breakfast (fruit juice, hot drink and viennoiserie) is available to take away for €6, the same price for young and old!

NOMAD HOTELS offer free, unlimited WiFi access throughout the hotel.

Our hotel has a luggage room. We also provide lockers in the lobby if you'd like to leave your belongings there for a day!

NOMAD HOTELS do not accept pets.

The NOMAD Hotel Dijon does not offer an in-house laundry or dry-cleaning service.

However, an iron and ironing board are available on request!
