The price of calls is calculated per indivisible amount (time credit) at €0.30 incl. VAT for units of time (pulses) that vary according to the call destination zone.
Alarm clock :
To program your alarm clock :
Pick up > Dial 62 > Enter wake-up time > Dial 4 then room number > Hang up
Example: 62 0700 = 7:00 am
62 1900 = 19h00
To cancel the alarm :
Pick up > Dial 64 > Hang up
You can also ask for your alarm clock to be programmed at reception (9).
The bed: 100% French bedding, comforters and pillows are specially selected for optimum comfort.
Air conditioning: All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Courtesy tray: A Nespresso machine with tea, coffee and herbal tea is available in your room.
Sockets: All room sockets are supplied with 220 volts. International adapters are available at reception.
Television: Numerous national and international TV and radio channels are available on the in-room TV. The following Canal+ channels are available in your room: Canal +, Canal + sport, Canal + foot, Canal + ciné, Canal + 360 sports.
Safe: A safe is available at reception.
Bathroom: A hairdryer is available in your room. Oceania Hotels has teamed up with the Rituals brand to offer you the ultimate in relaxation and well-being. Take advantage of your stay to transform your daily routines into meaningful rituals.
Disabled guests: Our hotel has rooms specially designed to accommodate disabled guests.
Malfunctions: If you notice a water leak, a light bulb out, or any other problem, please contact reception so that we can intervene as quickly as possible.

A buffet breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room:

- Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 11am

The lounge bar at the Hotel Oceania**** Clermont-Ferrand is the ideal place to relax, comfortably installed in the warmly colored sofas and armchairs, facing the soothing bluish aquarium.

Order your breakfast in your room from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. on weekdays and from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. on weekends. For dinner, service is available from Tuesday to Friday, from 12:00 to 13:30 and from 19:30 to 22:00.

PETS :
Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed at the hotel. A supplement of €20/night per pet will be charged. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the restaurant areas and must be kept on a leash. Thank you for your understanding.
BABY EQUIPMENT :
The hotel has all the necessary equipment to welcome your children from 0 to 3 years old (baby bed on request). Please do not hesitate to make a request at reception.

PAID UNDERGROUND PARKING :
Enclosed underground parking: maximum height 2 meters. Rate: €10 per day, €16 per night. We do not take reservations for parking spaces.

MEETINGS AND EVENTS :
For your events, Hôtel Oceania Clermont-Ferrand offers 5 large lounges with a maximum capacity of 200m² and seating for up to 200 people. Ideally located 7.5 km from the airport and 2.1 km from the train station.

We offer you the possibility of printing and photocopying at reception.
Price per page: €0.25 in black and white and €0.50 in color.
LATE CHECK-OUT :
You have the option of a late check-out from 12pm to 4pm, for an additional €15 per hour. After 4pm, the room rate will be charged.
GENERAL INFORMATION
NON-SMOKING AREAS :
For your well-being and that of others, the hotel is entirely non-smoking.
In application of decree N°2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, setting the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in assigned areas, we reserve the right to send a fixed fee of €400 for deodorization, to any guest who has smoked in their room and to refuse them any access to the hotel in the future.
MAGNETIC CARD :
Please keep your magnetic card with you during your stay. It may be required to justify your presence in the hotel, and will also enable you to unlock the entrance doors at night. It must be left at reception on the day of your departure.
LUGGAGE :
You can request luggage assistance at reception, and leave it free of charge in luggage storage during your stay and on the day of your departure (24 hours a day).
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS :
Additional products are available free of charge from reception 24 hours a day: pillows, towels, sewing kit, comb, dental kit, razor, shaving foam, periodical protection, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, as well as shower cap from reception.

For currency exchange, reception will direct you to the nearest exchange office.
For longer stays, you will be asked to pay weekly. The hotel does not accept payment by cheque.
