General regulation on data protection
1/ PERSONAL DATA
In general, you can visit the OCEANIA HOTELS Site without disclosing any personal information about you. In any case, you are under no obligation to transmit this information to OCEANIA HOTELS. In the event of refusal, however, you may not be able to benefit from certain information or services that you have requested. As such, OCEANIA HOTELS may be required in certain cases to ask you to enter your surname, forename, email address, telephone number, company and date of birth (hereinafter your “Personal Information). By providing this information, your expressly agree to it being processed by OCEANIA HOTELS for the purposes indicated in point 2 below as well as for the purposes stated at the end of each form. - Right of access and communication of data

In this case, the heirs of a deceased person may demand to take into consideration the death of their relative and/or proceed with the necessary updates. - Right of opposition
The exercise of this right is only possible in one of the two following situations:
When the exercise of this right is based on legitimate grounds; or
When the exercise of this right is intended to prevent the collected data from being used for commercial prospecting purposes.

6. Response time
OCEANIA HOTELS undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or any other request for additional information within a reasonable period of time which may not exceed 1 month from the receipt of your request.
7. Authorized service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union
OCEANIA HOTELS informs you that it uses its authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data that you have communicated. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and have the data collected through the various forms available on the Site. OCEANIA HOTELS has previously ensured the implementation by its service providers of adequate guarantees and compliance with strict conditions of confidentiality, usage and data protections. In particular, vigilance was focused on the existence of a legal basis for any transfer of data to a third country.
