The price of calls is calculated per indivisible amount (time credit) at €0.30 incl. VAT for units of time (pulses) that vary according to the call destination zone.
Alarm clock :
To program your alarm clock :
Pick up > Dial 62 > Enter wake-up time > Dial 4 then room number > Hang up
Example: 62 0700 = 7:00 am
62 1900 = 19h00
To cancel the alarm :
Pick up > Dial 64 > Hang up
You can also ask for your alarm clock to be programmed at reception (9).
The bed: All bedding, comforters and pillows are made in France, and have been carefully selected to ensure optimum comfort and dreamy nights.
Air conditioning: All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Courtesy tray: Our rooms are equipped with a Nespresso machine, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or herbal tea at any time of day.
Sockets: All room sockets are supplied with 220 volts. International adapters are available at reception.
TV: Numerous national and international TV and radio channels are available on the in-room TV.
Safe: A safe is available at reception.
Bathroom: A hairdryer is available on the dressing room shelf.
The exclusive collection of Rituals products has been selected and placed at your disposal in the bathroom. Take advantage of your stay to transform your daily routines into meaningful rituals.
Guests with reduced mobility: Our hotel has rooms specially designed to accommodate guests with reduced mobility.
Malfunctions: If you notice a water leak, a light bulb out, or any other problem, please contact reception so that we can take action as quickly as possible.

A buffet breakfast is served daily in the dining room:
- Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 10am
- Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 10:30am

You can order breakfast in your room for an additional €8.
To validate your order, please complete the order form and hang it on your door before 4am.
If you're in a hurry, opt for an express breakfast, available on site or to take away, every day.

RESTAURANT :
We offer a quality catering service with a varied choice of jars and a catering formula including 1 dish, 1 dessert and 1 drink, to be discovered according to the menu of the day. See the menu
This service is available 7 days a week and can be enjoyed in your room, but also in the dining room and on the terrace, from 7pm to 9pm.
A more comprehensive catering offer for groups can be provided on reservation.
BAR :
During your stay, take the time to enjoy a drink at the hotel bar.

ROOM SERVICE:
All year round, we offer quality in-room catering with a varied selection of jars and a catering formula including 1 dish, 1 dessert and 1 drink to discover according to the menu of the day.
Room service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - Surcharge: €8/person.
Waiting time may vary depending on restaurant activity (approx. 20 to 30 minutes).

BICYCLE RENTAL :
In partnership with Bélibélo, we offer an electric bike rental service, delivered directly to the hotel. An easy and practical way to visit the surrounding area of Vannes.
PETS :
The hotel welcomes your pets. Your pet must remain calm and clean during your stay. They must be accompanied at all times, including in your room, and kept on a leash. A supplement of €20 per night will be charged. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the restaurant areas. Thank you for your understanding.
BABY EQUIPMENT :
The hotel has all the necessary equipment to welcome your children from 0 to 3 years old with peace of mind (baby bed on request). Please do not hesitate to make a request at reception.
INTERNET :
The hotel is equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet access, with a high-speed wireless connection.
To connect, select the hotel network, then open your browser. Fill in the information requested on the form that appears.

PRINTING - PHOTOCOPYING :
We offer you the possibility of printing and photocopying at reception.
Rate per print: €0.25 (black & white print) / €0.50 (color print).
PARKING :
The hotel has a 16-space pay parking lot (€15/day) which can be reserved by telephone. A parking card is available from reception on arrival.
Public parking lots are also available close to the hotel if required.
We provide a free parking space for people with reduced mobility, on request from reception.
LATE CHECK-OUT :
You can check out late from 12pm to 4pm, for a supplement of 50% of the room rate*. After 4pm, the room rate will be charged.

NON-SMOKING AREAS :
For your well-being and that of others, the hotel is entirely non-smoking.
In application of decree N°2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, setting the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in assigned areas, we reserve the right to send a €400 deodorization fee to any guest who has smoked in their room, and to refuse them any future access to the hotel.
MAGNETIC CARD :
Please keep your magnetic card with you during your stay. It may be required to justify your presence in the hotel, and will also enable you to unlock the entrance doors at night. It must be left at reception on the day of your departure.
LUGGAGE :
You can ask for a luggage assistant at reception, and leave it free of charge in luggage storage during your stay and on the day of your departure (24 hours a day).
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS :
Additional products are available free of charge at the 24-hour reception desk: pillows, towels, sewing kit, comb, dental kit, razor, shaving foam, periodical protection, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, as well as shower cap from reception.

For currency exchange, reception will direct you to the nearest exchange office.
For longer stays, weekly payment is required. The hotel does not accept payment by cheque.
