The price of calls is calculated per indivisible amount (time credit) at €0.30 incl. VAT for units of time (pulses) that vary according to the call destination zone.
Alarm clock :
To program your alarm clock :
Pick up > Dial 62 > Enter wake-up time > Dial 4 then room number > Hang up
Example: 62 0700 = 7:00 am
62 1900 = 19h00
To cancel the alarm :
Pick up > Dial 64 > Hang up
You can also ask for your alarm clock to be programmed at reception (9).
The bed: 100% French bedding, comforters and pillows are specially selected for optimum comfort.
Air conditioning: All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Courtesy tray: A Nespresso machine with tea, coffee and herbal tea is available in your room (excluding Comfort and Family rooms).
Sockets: All room sockets are supplied with 220 volts. International adapters are available at reception.
Television: Numerous national and international TV and radio channels are available on the in-room TV. The following Canal+ channels are available in your room: Canal +, Canal + sport, Canal + foot, Canal + ciné, Canal + 360 sports.
Safe: A safe is available at reception or in your room (except Comfort and Family rooms).
Bathroom: A hairdryer is available in your room.

BREAKFAST:
A buffet breakfast is served daily in the breakfast room:
- Monday to Friday, 6am to 10am
- Saturday and Sunday, 6:30am to 10:30am

You can order breakfast in your room for an additional €10.
To validate your order, please complete the form provided and hang it on your door before 4am.
RESTAURANT :
The Chef offers traditional cuisine based on seasonal produce and a varied Brasserie-style menu for gourmets and gourmands!
Open to all, the restaurant offers a suggestion of 4 starters, 4 main courses and 4 desserts, depending on the season. In summer, enjoy lunch or a drink on the hotel patio.
The restaurant is open Monday to Friday, from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 10pm. See menu.
BAR :
Our barman offers you a menu of cocktails, whiskies, digestifs and his selection of the month. Take advantage of the advice of a true professional who loves to share his products and creations.
The bar is open Monday to Sunday, 7am to 1am. Discover the bar menu.
ROOM SERVICE :
You can have hot and cold meals and drinks served in your room, from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 10pm, for an extra €10.
Waiting time may vary depending on restaurant activity (approx. 20 to 30 minutes).

SPA AQUATONIC :
The hotel offers access to the partner Aquatonic Spa.
The Pass gives you access to the Aquatonic circuit, with 13 pools ranging from 28° to 38°C, 120 massage jets, walking and counter-current lanes, whirlpool baths... For a truly relaxing and revitalizing experience!
The price is €26 per person.
ANIMALS :
The hotel welcomes your pets. Your pet must remain calm and clean during your stay. They must be accompanied at all times, including in your room, and kept on a leash. A supplement of €20 per night will be charged. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the restaurant areas. Thank you for your understanding.
BABY EQUIPMENT :
The hotel provides a cot, high chair, changing mat and can heat up your child's meals. Please contact reception (9) for any requests.
PRINTING - PHOTOCOPYING :
We offer you the possibility of printing and photocopying at reception.
The cost is €0.25 per page.
RÉUNION :
Our meeting rooms are available to host your events. We have 4 large meeting rooms with a maximum capacity of 170m² for up to 150 people. For further information, please contact the relevant department by e-mail: oceania.rennes@oceaniahotels.com
INTERNET :
The hotel is equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet access, with a high-speed wireless connection.
To connect, select the hotel network, then open your browser. Fill in the information requested on the form that appears.
In the event of connection problems, please do not hesitate to contact reception (9).
LATE CHECK-OUT :
You can check out late from 12pm to 4pm, for a supplement of 50% of the room rate. After 4pm, you will be charged the room rate.
PARKING :
Free private parking is available for the duration of your stay. For your convenience, the hotel has its own private underground garage.

GENERAL INFORMATION
NON-SMOKING AREAS :
For your well-being and that of others, the hotel is entirely non-smoking.
In application of decree N°2006-1386 of November 15, 2006, setting the conditions for the application of the ban on smoking in assigned areas, we reserve the right to impose a €400 deodorization fee on any guest who has smoked in their room, and to refuse them access to the hotel in the future.
MAGNETIC CARD :
Please keep your magnetic card with you during your stay. It may be required to justify your presence in the hotel, and will also enable you to unlock the entrance doors at night. It must be left at reception on the day of your departure.
LUGGAGE :
You can request luggage assistance at reception, and leave it free of charge in luggage storage during your stay and on the day of your departure (24 hours a day).
ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS :
Additional products are available free of charge from reception 24 hours a day: pillows, towels, sewing kit, comb, dental kit, razor, shaving foam, periodical protection, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, as well as shower cap from reception.
MEANS OF PAYMENT :
We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard & vacation vouchers.
For currency exchange, reception will direct you to the nearest exchange office.
For longer stays, you will be asked to pay weekly. The hotel does not accept payment by cheque.
MEANS OF TRANSPORT :
If you need to get around, we'll be happy to tell you about the transport options available near the hotel (bus, cab, streetcar).
We can recommend environmentally-friendly transport, such as electric buses or the self-service bicycles available in downtown Rennes.
