THE NOMAD BEDROOM
The bed:
Thanks to BULTEX nano material, enjoy ultra-restorative nights. The nano material guarantees lighter weight, longer-lasting comfort and better air evacuation.
Bedside lamps:
On either side of the NOMAD tablet are your 2 bedside lamps. They switch on and off with a simple touch. These lamps are modular: you can move one and position it at desk level if you like! If you remove your bedside lamp, you'll find an induction charger for charging your phone.
Storage tips:
Right at the entrance, you'll find a functional closet: by opening the door, you'll have plenty of space to store and hang your belongings. There are also shelves. A luggage rack is located next to your desk.
The shower:
With its spiral shape, the nautilus-shaped NOMAD shower plays on transparency to make the most of natural light. It offers the benefits of massage jets, a hand shower or a rain shower, independently or simultaneously. The designer shower is equipped with water-saving showerheads.
For added privacy, draw the curtain to keep out of sight!
Take advantage of the hair dryer and backlit mirror, too.
Blinds:
The blinds are controlled from the tablet. You can also control them with the switch located near the window to manually lower or raise the roller shutters.
Non-smoking rooms:
All our rooms are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance with this ban, the sum of €300 will be deducted from your deposit or pre-authorization corresponding to the additional cleaning treatment required.
Cot:
On request, we can provide you with a cot to ensure that your child (too) has a good night's sleep!
ROOM FACILITIES & SERVICES
NOMAD tablet, monitor your water and energy consumption:
- control Chromecast, main lighting/shower overhead, roller shutters and air conditioning.
- a video projector is accessible from the NOMAD touchscreen tablet (TNTR TV channels).
- for air-conditioning control, the central box at the entrance to the room must be switched on.
- the tablet is on a charging stand on arrival. A magnet ensures stability. To make it easier to control your room, don't hesitate to unhook the tablet from its holder. Nearby, you'll find 2 USB sockets, allowing you to recharge your devices.
Television:
Enjoy a video projector with an image over 2 m wide, more than 7 French/international channels, quality speakers for unique sound... And of course the Chromecast so you don't miss a thing of your current series. Tip: plug in your PC or game console with the HDMI socket near the desk and press the HDMI button on your tablet to enjoy your entertainment in cinema mode!
Chromecast:
Enjoy your personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, My Canal, Disney+ subscriptions, etc., via the Chromecast system!
1. Make sure you're connected to the "NOMAD HOTELS" wifi
2. Press the CHROMECAST button on your tablet.
3. Scan the QR code displayed on the screen with your smartphone.
4. On the streaming application on your smartphone, click on the "Cast" icon.
5. Launch the content of your choice from your smartphone.
Telephone & alarm clock:
A telephone is available in your room. You can contact reception by dialing 9. You can also quickly contact emergency services by pressing the corresponding button.

Air conditioning on request :
At the entrance to the room, you'll find a white control panel: it allows you to control your room's air-conditioning system. The on/off button is located on top of this panel. You can adjust the temperature of your room by pressing the + or - buttons on the front of the control panel.
Any questions or concerns? Our staff is at your service 24 hours a day via the telephone in your room or directly at reception.
CATERING
Breakfast:
Breakfast is made with local or organic produce.
From 6 a.m. to 11 a.m., we offer two breakfast formulas:
- A gourmet version at €16 / person*: full buffet
- An express version at 6 € / person: served at the bar or to take away, the formula consists of a hot drink, a cold drink and 3 mini-viennoiseries or tartines.
* The full breakfast is billed at €16 per person, €6 for children aged 3 to 12 and free up to age 3.
Dinner:
From 7pm to 9:30pm, a hearty buffet is served. It includes an assortment of cold starters, one or more hot dishes and desserts.

The NOMAD bar is open every day from 12pm to 1am and offers a wide choice of local and organic drinks. It's the ideal place to take your time, chat and catch up with colleagues, friends, family and new acquaintances.
In winter, sit by the fire in a cosy, warm atmosphere. In summer, our terrace is the perfect place to get some fresh air and sip your drink!

Early check-in:
On the day of your arrival, rooms are available at 3 pm at the earliest.
Would you like to arrive earlier and enjoy your room? A supplement of €15 per hour will be charged for arrivals after 11am.

Rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.
Would you like to extend your stay and leave after 12 p.m.? You can check out late from 12 pm to 4 pm, for an additional €5 on top of the room rate. If you wish to check out after 4pm, you will be charged the room rate.

SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS
Hotel access:
Access to hotelfloors is strictly reserved for hotel guests. You will need to sign in with your room key to access the elevator or staircase.
Hotel entrances are locked. Doors are unlocked with your room key. If you do not yet have your room key, call our staff via the intercom in the entrance hall, and they will open the access doors for you.
The hotel has several rooms for people with reduced mobility that meet current standards.
Defibrillator :
The hotel is equipped with a defibrillator. Consult the staff for more information.
In case of fire:
To ensure the safety of our guests during their stay, the hotel is equipped with a fire detection system. Smoke detectors and emergency lights have been installed throughout the building, ready to operate automatically in the event of a power cut. In addition, we have fire alarm and extinguishing equipment in various locations throughout the hotel, ensuring complete protection.
In the event of fire, never use the elevators. Use the main staircase or fire escape. The evacuation assembly point is located at the intersection of rue de perrières and Henri Vincenot.
Please take a few minutes to carefully read the safety instructions behind the room's entrance door.
The offence of "false alarm" (triggering an alarm for no reason) may be punishable by up to 2 years' imprisonment and a €30,000 fine.
As a reminder, smoking is strictly forbidden on the premises. Under no circumstances should you obstruct the fire detector in your room, otherwise you may be prosecuted.

An eco-designed room
- Selective sorting
We provide waste sorting garbage cans in our rooms. The green section is for recyclable waste: paper, plastic, cans, etc.
The black section is for other waste.
- Eco-designed linen
The sheets and towels we supply have not undergone any chemical treatment. Comforters are made from recycled plastic bottles.
- Rainwater saving
The water used to flush the toilets in NOMAD rooms comes from rainwater harvesting. That's also the eco-NOMAD gesture.
- Recyclable materials
The shower tray and washbasin in the rooms are made from 90% mineral powders and are 100% recyclable. We've thought eco too.
- Controlled air conditioning
When booking your room, save money by cancelling the air-conditioning option.
Did you select the air-conditioning option when you booked your room? Control the power and temperature of your room using your touch-screen tablet. Another way to make a gesture while thinking about your energy consumption.

Eco-gestures to adopt during your stay:
- Put any towels you wish to be replaced on the floor; those left in place will be kept.
- Don't leave the shower or sink running longer than necessary.
- Turn off lights, TV and air conditioning/heating before leaving your room.
- Bring your used batteries to reception for recycling.
