You’ve booked your lodging at one of the hotels of the Oceania Hotels Group on the oceaniahotels.com website and you’ve found an equivalent offer (same hotel, rate, terms and conditions, number of guests, room type, duration of stay and dates…) at a lower rate on another website.

We will refund the difference and give you breakfast free (limited to 2 breakfasts) if you send us your claim form, available on the website, by email within 3 hours following your booking and at least 72 hours before you check in at the hotel.

Our Booking Department will then confirm by email that we will apply the Best Rate Guarantee.

Terms of application

Article 1 : DEFINITION/SUBJECT
You’ve made a reservation at an OCEANIA HOTELS Group hotel on the website www.oceaniahotels.com.
In the event that you find, within a period of 3 hours following the booking and at least 72 hours before you check in at the hotel, an equivalent offer (1) at a lower rate on another French website, we will give you not only the booking at the same price, but we will give you breakfast as well (limited to two).

Article 2 : TERMS OF APPLICATION
The Best Price Guarantee applies only to bookings for rooms in OCEANIA HOTELS Group hotels booked on the website www.oceaniahotels.comand for which you have a confirmation number given at the time the booking was confirmed. The Best Price Guarantee applies only if you fill out the claim form online at the website www.oceaniahotels.com.

2.1 RATES 

The Best Price Guarantee applies exclusively to your hotel room bookings at hotels of the OCEANIA HOTELS Group excluding the sale of specials/packages (including an offer made at the hotel, transport services or any other service connected with the room reservation).

The same type of room must be available and able to be reserved on another website at the time that OCEANIA HOTELS Group verifies the claim.

When you check out of the hotel, the rate confirmed by the Reservations Centre will be billed to you along with any services not included at the time of the booking (restaurant, bar…).

2.2 FEATURES OF YOUR STAY


The Best Price Guarantee applies to the dates of your stay that are identical to the dates booked on www.oceaniahotels.com.

For requests regarding a booking of several consecutive nights (for the same hotel), the Best Price Guarantee is applied to the base of one price per night and not over the total price of the stay.

2.3 TERMS AND CONDITIONS


The terms and conditions associated with the other website’s rate must be identical to the terms and conditions of the rate reserved on the website www.oceaniahotels.com apply the Best Price Guarantee.

This concerns especially :
    * Deposits,
    * Terms of cancellation,
    * Terms of changes to bookings.

Article 3 : PROCEDURE FOR REGISTERING YOUR REQUEST

3.1 REQUIREMENTS OF FORM


The online claim form is available on the website www.oceaniahotels.com. All you need to do is follow this questionnaire by completing all required fields, then validate your request. It will be sent to our Reservations Centre.
Please note that incomplete requests will not be processed.

3.2 FINANCIAL TERMS

Your request must be made within 3 hours following the booking on the website www.oceaniahotels.comas attested by the time of the booking, and 72 hours before the anticipated check-in at the hotel. If the original booking was made within the 72 hours preceding check-in, the Best Price Guarantee is not applicable.

3.3 PROCESSING OF YOUR REQUESTS

After verification by our Reservations Centre, the Best Price Guarantee will be given to you if your claim satisfies the terms of application. The Reservations Centre will then send you an email showing the new rate applicable to your booking.

When you check in at the hotel, you will be asked for this supporting documentation.
If the claim does not satisfy the terms associated with the Best Price Guarantee, the Reservations Centre will send you an email telling you that the guarantee cannot be applied.

In the event that you have not received the confirmation email from the Reservations Centre before your stay, you will be obliged to pay the price displayed at the time of the booking. You then have a period of 10 days to renew your claim and be refunded the difference if all the terms of the Best Price Guarantee are fulfilled.

In the event that you wish to cancel the booking made on www.oceaniahotels.com, the applicable terms of cancellation are those mentioned in the terms and conditions shown on the website.

Article 4 : LIABILITY

OCEANIA HOTELS accepts no responsibility for possible expenses incurred due to the cancellation of a booking, for all bookings made on a website other than www.oceaniahotels.com.

OCEANIA HOTELS reserves the right to alter or end the Best Price Guarantee as well as the terms of this guarantee at any time and without notice.


(1) The following items must be identical to the original booking: Availability, terms and conditions, type of room, number of guests occupying the room, length of the stay, check-in date and check-out date, price set in euros and type of payment.
