- Cured meats (ham, saussages,etc.)
- Eggs Eggs (an egg cooker allows you to choose how you want to eat them)
- Cheese (emmental, camembert)

> For a sweeter "MomentO":
- Slices of bread plain or whole-wheat, melba toast
- Sweet buns
- Danish pastries (chocolate croissant, croissant, etc.)
