It is located to the south of Brest. It maintains significant architectural evidence of its prestigious past: a wayside shrine, a fountain, a Roman cloister unique in France’s northwest regions. It also has a remarkable garden of medicinal plants from Brittany and the world and that evokes the gardens of medicinal plants in the Middle Ages and the monks' gardens during the Renaissance.
