A few meters from the Sacré-Cœur basilica, this unusual place was imaginated and created by artists from the 1940s. Pissarro, Steinlen, Toulouse-Lautrec, Van Gogh, Modigliani, Picasso and many others lived here. It is very crowded, but also very nice. Do not miss the café "Chez la mère Catherine".
