A wonderful restaurant for discovering the specialties of Provence, typically local! The restaurant Chez Maddie is located at the Old Port, 5 minutes from the hotel. It’s a friendly and dynamic place. Expect to spend between €15 and €20 for a hearty dish. My favourite: clams with thyme and mustard sauce!

The restaurant Chez Nine, located in Aix en Provence’s town centre, a setting and warm atmosphere in a vaulted dining room with its subdued lights and excellent Italian cuisine! Perfect for romantic dinners. A victim of its own success: you must make a reservation!

For all who want to feel unique, Cinquième Sens offers you the possibility to hav courses of 3 hours to create and compose your own perfume. At the end of it, you can come back home with a 30ml bottle of scent. The privilege to have a unique smell not discovered yet. Other workshop permit you to learn to test your sense of smell or choosing a perfume matching with your personality.

If you come to Rennes, and if you love clothes, you absolutely must stop by Crazy Republic. This very trendy boutique of more than 1,000 m2 is magnificent. Even before you go in, you’re struck by the beauty of the facade decorated with mosaics. The architect Guidet and the mosaic artist Odorico (1896-1898) brought their talents together to give us this splendid building in a pure art deco style. Inside, everything is clear and bright and the very trendy clothes are very well presented. It is definitely a place where you’ll feel compelled to use your credit cards, but what a delight for the eyes! Fashion victims, on your marks, set, go!
