This 17th century chateau is one of Sologne’s first strongholds. Surrounded by moats, it is a living overview of the architecture of the 17th century. Costumed actors re-enact 17th century life in its kitchens. Children are welcome on the Enchanted Island, where they can play in wood houses built to their scale. It is surrounded by a vast park of 40 hectares. About 25 km from the hotel.
