Saint-Malo ramparts stands proudly above its beaches and its harbor. Facades and towers emerging fortifications give the city its unique silhouette.
Inside the walls, the walk continues between the high houses. Hard to believe that most have been rebuilt after the bombing of 1944! You may be tempted to stop on the terrace, place Chateaubriand, but your break will wait when you'll see  the tower Quic-en-Groigne, thishouse looking like a castle built by Pélicot looks alos like the rear of a ship !
Accessible by foot at low tide, the fort of Petit Bé are exceptionally located. There, you will enjoy a memorable 360 ° view and will have the opportunity to say a posthumous "Hello" to the famous writer of the region : Chateaubriand.
