Your 3-star hotel in the centre of Nantes!

It gives us enormous pleasure to announce the commencement of a major scheme of refurbishment at the Hôtel de France in Nantes. In order to offer you an even warmer welcome and ensure that Oceania Hotels’ high standards are met, the hotel is set to undergo a complete transformation, which will nevertheless respect and retain the hotel’s unique soul and spirit, key elements of the hotel’s charm even today. The hotel dates back to the 18th century and is a historic monument, built in the Louis XVI style in 1875. It offers 74 rooms, which will all be thoroughly renovated for your complete comfort.

In view of the scale of the renovation project, the hotel will be closed temporarily until the end of October 2013, and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Despite this closure, the Group still offers accommodation in Nantes, either at our 3-star Escale Oceania hotel or our 4-star Oceania hotel, both of which are located at the Nantes Atlantique Airport site. Thanks to our hotels in Nantes, you can discover and explore the chateaux of the Dukes of Brittany, the Ile de Nantes, or the historic Pommeraye Passage shopping mall.
